Of 30 items on the Arlington County Board's consent agenda, three were pulled at the meeting held Tuesday, Nov. 13.

The items pulled for further discussion included:

* The request to renew the outdoor restaurant and retail seating plan at the Village at Shirlington, as well as the allowance of live entertainment and additional outdoor seating at the Extra Virgin Restaurant (4053 Campbell Ave.).

* A site plan proposal for the redevelopment of the property on the southern part of the block bounded by N. Glebe Rd., Wilson Blvd., N. Wakefield St. and Fairfax Dr. (Bob Peck and Staples site).

Redevelopment of the southernmost part of the block bounded by N. Wakefield St., Wilson Boulevard, N. Woodrow St. and Fairfax Dr. (Jordan Manor site) also is included in the proposal.

The portion of the proposed redevelopment application east of N. Wakefield St. exceeds the maximum density allowed under the existing zoning classification and General Land Use Plan designation. An amendment to the designation would be needed in order to consider the proposal.

* The request to make changes to certain Arlington County zoning ordinances that restrict the transfer of development rights.

All other consent items passed with comment.

Public testimony on the removed items will be heard at the County Board's Recessed Meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 6:30 p.m.
